You connected 3 or more monitors to your system but you can only use any combination of two monitors at any given time.
Solution
The solution for this problem is to use a monitor with a Thunderbolt port and connect the third monitor to that one. This way only two monitors are connected to your system and the first or second monitor is using the Thunderbolt port to activate the third one.
This only works if you use the Intel Graphics interface
