Determining your system architecture:
It’s very important to know which Windows version you’re running before continuing with this fix guide. Follow these steps:
1. Press the Windows + R key at the same time on your keyboard, now type msinfo32 in the run box and hit OK.
2. Now locate System Type in the right Window. This is your system architecture.

Downloading the right software
If you’re running Windows on 32 bits then follow these steps:
1. Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package and install the package.

2. Download Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package and install the package.

If you’re running Windows on 64 bits then follow these steps:
1. Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package and install the package.

After installing the packages
If you finished installing both package, reboot your system and look if the error does no longer appear. If it does appear then take a look at this Microsoft Article
