FIX: The Diagnostics Policy Service is not running

To troubleshoot problems with the Diagnostics Policy Service you’ll need to execute the following steps:

1. Open Start, Type CMD, Right-Click Command Prompt and choose Run as Administrator

2. Once Command Prompt has opened enter the following two commands, after each command hit enter.

net localgroup Administrators /add networkservice
net localgroup Administrators /add localservice

Add Services

3. Reboot your device and see if the troubleshooter is now able to fix problems on your system.
