1. First you need to open the control panel, you can do this by opening the right-charm in desktop mode, then select Settings, then click Control Panel
2. From within the Control Panel, click on Programs
3. Then choose Turn Windows Features on or Off under Programs and Features
4. Now find XPS Services and XPS Viewer and uncheck the box to remove it, or check the box to install it, Then click OK
