Instead of relying on the generic beauty of Windows Spotlight, you might want to personalize your lock screen with photos of your family, pets or other images you like. Step by Step Instructions to Turn Off Windows Spotlight
1. Open Settings:
Click on the Start button (bottom left corner of your screen) and then select the Settings icon (gear symbol).
2. Navigate to Personalization:
In the Settings window, find and click on the Personalization option.
3. Access Lock Screen settings:
On the left-hand side of the Personalization window, click on Lock screen.
4. Choose Windows Spotlight:
Under the Background section, use the dropdown menu and select Picture.
That’s it! Your lock screen will now no longer display dynamic content from Windows Spotlight.
