Block Modification of the Wallpaper in Windows 10

Some user´s like their Wallpaper so much that they never want to let it go, you can block the modification of the wallpaper trough the personalize option with this Tweak. If someone finds it funny to change your wallpaper when your gone then this will stop them (*).

This does however not stop applications from changing the wallpaper, by example from a Web browser’s right-click Set as desktop background, it only blocks access to the Personalize window it’s wallpaper option.
