FIX: Change PC Settings button is not working in Windows 8.1

1. Open start and type powershell then right-click Windows Powershell and choose Run as Administrator.

2. Now enter the following command:

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\ImmersiveControlPanel\AppxManifest.xml

3. Hit enter and wait a few seconds, a new line will appear. Close Powershell

4. Reboot your device
