FIX: Error 0x80070643 while installing update KB4017094

There seems to be a bug in Windows 10 that is causing error 0x80070643 to occur if you try to install update KB4017094 for Silverlight. More information about this update can be found here. The update itself is a security update for Microsoft Silverlight and it’s highly recommended that you install this update to ensure your system’s security. This update applies to “Windows 10 , Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2, Windows Server 2012 Essentials, Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials , Windows Server 2016, Windows Vista Service Pack 2”

  2. Under Fix it for me click on Download2017-04-23_12-19-11
  3. Launch the downloaded program and let it run it course. Once it’s done reboot your system and try to apply the update again. If it didn’t work move on to Clean booting your computer.

    That was To The Point Yuri. I Always Prefer Automatic Repair Instead of Manual fixes. Because I am not Computer Expert and i am always afraid of ruining something while fixing current problem
