The solution was simply copy paste those 2 files wldcore.dll and wldlog.dll from
1. Open Windows Explorer and go to: c:\Program Files\Windows Live\Shared. If you have Windows or the program installed on another hard disk then change the letter c to the correct drive letter.
2. Copy the following 2 files in the shared folder; wldcore.dll and wldlog.dll
3. Open Windows Explorer and go to: c:\Program Files\Windows Live\Messenger if you have Windows Live Messenger installed, once in the folder paste both files you copied in step 2.
3. Open Windows Explorer and go to: c:\Program Files\Windows Live\Contacts if you have Windows Live Contacts installed, once in the folder paste both files you copied in step 2.
4. Open Windows Explorer and go to: c:\Program Files\Windows Live\Mail if you have Windows Live Mail installed, once in the folder paste both files you copied in step 2.
