In this article we will show you how to change the default font and the font size in Excel 365 for Windows 10 desktop. It’s quite easy to do. Do you already know how it’s done in an older version than Excel 365? Then you won’t need this article. it has not changed.
Open the Excel Settings
We begin by opening the Excel Settings. You do this by clicking on File and then Options as shown below.

2. Click on Options
Change the default Font and Font Size
Once the settings has opened click on General if it’s not open by default. Then head down to When creating new workbooks and change Use this as the default font to change the default font and change Font Size to change the default font size.
