How to Change the Language in Windows 10

We use it for creating these tutorials, multi-language installations of Windows. But some users want to use it because they choose to install the English version instead of the Dutch version or any other version.

So how can you install another language in Windows 10? It’s pretty easy. We’ll explain you how below.

Change the Language in Windows 10

1. Open Control Panel

2. Go to Clock,  Language and Regio

3. Click on Language

4. Click on Add a Language

5. Now scroll trough the list and select the language you wish to install (tip: Press the first letter of your country on the keyboard)

6. Now click on Add

7. Confirm the installation by clicking on Yes

 

Your language pack will now start downloading and then installing. After it’s finished downloading and installing you can set it as the default language.

My Language Does not Appear in the List

Windows by default installs your country in the list, make sure it´s not there. If it´s there just click on option right of it and then choose Download and Install Language Pack.
