How-to Create a Local Account during Windows 10 Installation

Windows 8.x liked it to have you use a Microsoft Account for signing into your computer, and Microsoft has continued this course for Windows 10. However you can make an Local Account during the Windows 10 Installation. Simply said, a Non-Microsoft Account.

You of course will not have the advantages of a Microsoft Account would have: Background, Screensaver and other synchronization.

Create a Local Account During the Windows 10 Installation

1. When the screen “Sign in to your Microsoft Account” appears click on Create an Account

2. Then, if necessary, scroll down, and click on Sign in without a Microsoft Account

3. You can now create a Local Account by entering your password and so on.

4. Simply click on Finish and your account will be created
