How to limit the Recycle Bin Size in Windows 10
To set the limit of the recycle bin in Windows 10, you will first have to open the Recycle Bin settings.
1. On your desktop, right-click on Recycle Bin and choose Properties.
2. Once in properties you will see the following screen, you can set your own value in the area marked in red.
You can set the Recycle Bin limit for each hard disk separately, you can also set the Recycle Bin limit for each partition separately in Windows 10. Simply click on the hard disk you want to set up and then type the value of your choosing in the Maximum Size box. As you can see I set around 13GB as my limit above.
