The best thing about Wrike is that it’s usable by any team of any size, it doesn’t matter if you work alone and simply want to track your project progress or that you work in a team of 50 people, Wrike will work for you.

Design

One of Wrike’s strengths is its intuitive UI. Its 3-pane dashboard gives us visibility on three levels at once project, task and subtasks. We just love the flexibility it gives us in however we need to view the team’s progress: bird’s eye view or drill-down to individual tasks. For design, we give Wrike project management software 9.5 over 10.

Wrike is our project management tools of choice for WindowsInstructed. Wrike’s free plan has more than enough features to help small teams track their project progress. I would score the features a solid 9 out of 10. There won’t be many other project management solutions that work on any platform with these kind of features and especially not online tools! Wrike is fast, reliable and easily accessible since it is cloud-based project management software. The free version offers more than enough for small companies.

Ease of Use

For all its robust features Wrike keeps things simple, no more than using a regular document or spreadsheet app. You simply create an account and you can start right away. You can quickly set up all your projects and their tasks in a neatly structured hierarchy.
Navigating through its functions is easy, too. After an hour maybe you’ll get the hang of it. There are also video tutorials, a rich knowledge base and live support that got your back.

Final Thoughts

I always enjoyed working with Wrike and when we got a chance to review their product I didn’t hesitate a single second to review it immediately. Their interface and features are just superb and their ease of use means we score the software a 9.5 out of 10 overall, thus Wrike receiving the Excellent Product award. Amazing! The software looks good and will be quiet useful for small businesses. I will try out the demo version first to test things out.
