Show or Hide all Folders in File Explorer

Windows 8 and 10 have by default the folders in second layers  of the navigation pane hidden. If you want to show or hide all the folders then this is the article you should follow.

Show all Folders in File Explorer

1. Open File Explorer

2. Click on View

3. Click on Options

4. Click on Change Folder and Search Options

5. Then under the General tab, and under the Navigation Pane group, check the box Show All Folders

Hide all Folders in File Explorer

1. Open File Explorer

2. Click on View

3. Click on Options

4. Click on Change Folder and Search Options

5. Then under the General tab, and under the Navigation Pane group, uncheck the box Show All Folders
