How to enable / disable Start Menu Full Screen in Windows 10

1. Open Start and click on Settings. Alternatively you can also press the Windows and I button at the same time. 

2. Settings will now open, wait for all settings to load. Once loaded click or tap on Personalisation

3. Once in Personalisation click or tap on Start Menu in the left pane menu.

4. Now scroll down till you find the option “Use Start Full Screen”. 

To enable and use Menu Start Full Screen you should slide the slider to on. If you however do not want to use Start in Full Screen mode then you should turn the slider to off. The changes are immediate and you do not have to reboot.
